Lea Valley walk postponed to 7 October

As you may have read on lizw's journal, she's got shin splints and has ruled herself out of tomorrow's Lea Valley walk. We're therefore postponing it to Sunday 7 October (around three weeks hence), when she will hopefully have recovered.

Hope anyone who was planning to come can reschedule.

Oh that's a shame on all counts. I was intending to come along and sadly can't make the 7th.
